Reduce your body weight first, mind second

If you are overweight, you must lose 8kg before you start doing anything new.

The point is — First reduce your body weight, then use your brain to think.

To reduce your body weight — you eat less and do exercise (like cycling, jogging etc).

Note: Cycling is a great exercise.
